요즈음..


자도 잔거같지않다...

일단 6시에 눈떠 일어났다가 거실바닥에서 다시 7시 반까지 자뻐린다...--;;

체력이 떨어진걸까, 의지가 떨어진걸까?

어쨌든 다시 가열차게 운동 다시 시작해야지..

함 몸좀 만들어보자...

지금의 내몸은 내가봐도 추접스럽다....
